Trailer - Only

(Dry Hire)

For the host who wants to bring their own vision to life.

Base Dry Rate: $500 (Full Day)

  • Includes delivery/set-up/pick-up
  • Flexible use-bar cart, dessert cart, appetizer station, or your own creative set-up.
  • Deposit of 50% to secure Date

Mileage: $2.50 per mile (1 Hour Radius of Dos Palos,CA)

Heritage Staffing + Trailer packages

(No alcohol provided)

For the host who wants to sit back and enjoy their party.

Trailer – $500 rental  

Bartender (1): $50/hr (60-80 guests) 

Bartenders (2): $100/hr (100+ Guests)

Extra Hours (after 4 hours):
1 Bartender – $40/hr
2 Bartenders-$80/hr

*Bartending services are only available with trailer rental.

Booking & Payment terms

  • 50 % deposit required to secure date
  • Balance due at pick-up
  • Reschedule once without fee (> 15 days prior to chosen date or deposit is non-refundable)

How Dry Hire works

We deliver the trailer to your venue, position it and ensure its level and ready for use. Host will provide all drinks , food, and serving staff (unless adding – staffing package). After your event , we return to handle breakdown and removal.
